Obituary
Mrs. Cecelia H. Pavlik, 87, of Uniontown, passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at her home.
She was born in Uniontown on April 24, 1936 to the late Walter and Frances Bozek Klimsara, Sr.
Cecelia graduated from North Union High School.
She married Andrew J. Pavlik on April 30, 1960. He preceded her in death on November 13, 1976.
Cecelia worked as a secretary at Beneficial Finance, Rockwell International, Sted Machine, and Cross Keys.
She was a member of St. George Maronite Church and Christian Mother’s group.
Cecelia enjoyed volunteering at St. Vincents.
She is survived by her four children, Francine Rishel and friend Lewis Scolnick, Robert Pavlik and wife Leslie, Andrew Pavlik and fiance Karen Tait, and Adrienne Stuck and husband Gary.
Eight grandchildren, Shane Rishel and wife Tamela, Dr. Shannon Rishel Pukl and husband Dr. Joshua Pukl, Virginia Whitecotton and husband Jason “O.C.”, Lyle Pavlik and wife Marie, Jennifer Quarrick and significant other John Richmond, Eric Pavlik and fiance Cassandra Hotsinpiller, Gary P. Stuck, Jr., and Joshua Stuck; and six great grandchildren, Bella Stuck, John Henry and Lola Richmond, Jacob Hutchinson, Reagan Rishel, and Shelby Pavlik; and special grand dog, Bronn.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Helen “Honey” Rosky, and a brother, Walter Klimsara, Jr.
Friends and family may call at the Stephen R. Haky Funeral Home, 603 N. Gallatin Ave. Ext., Uniontown, PA 15401 on Monday, January 15 from 2 to 7 PM. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, January 16 at 11 AM.
Interment will be in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
