Ernest Lee Enlow

Obituary

Ernest L. Enlow, 96 passed away on January 7, 2023. He was born in Indianapolis in 1926 to the late William and Minnie Enlow.

He was a long-time employee of Bridgeport Brass, Inc,. and later of Denison Parking, Inc. Ernest was an avid fan of professional bowling. Although never a pro himself, he did bowl two American Bowling Congress- certified 300 games during his long amateur bowling career.

Ernest was also preceded in death by his wife of 54  years, Marjorie (Loy); son Ernest, Jr. and siblings William(Buck), Jack, Mae. He is survived by his daughter Janice Curry; step-sons Richard Baker and Dennis Baker; nine grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, January 13, 2023 from 11:30 AM until the time of service at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 1:30 PM at the funeral home. Ernest will be laid to rest next to his wife Marjorie at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
