Frederick Cooper Levering, Jr., 79, of Daytona Beach, FL passed away on February 10, 2024. He was born on July 7, 1944 in Richmond, VA to parents Frederick Cooper Levering, Sr. and Catherine Elizabeth (nee Hanky) Levering.
