Obituary

Janice Pauline Bell, 82, passed away on August 15, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was August 14, 1940 in Yamacraw, KY. She was the daughter of the late Abner and Emma "Duncan" Thomas.

She had worked for Ball Foster for 32 years. She was a former member of the Moose Lodge #63 Auxillary in Hartford City, IN., She was a member of Full Gospel Lighthouse Tabernacle in Dunkirk, IN. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and enjoyed buying shoes.

She married John Bell on September 6, 1958 in Hartford City, IN. They had one son Timothy Alden Bell.

She is survived by her 3 sisters: Pat Koger of Royerton, IN., Shirley Carvel of Hartford City, IN., and Violet Edmonson of Hartford City, IN. 2 brothers Bobby Lee Thomas of Hartford City, IN., Dewey Thomas of Muncie, IN. She also had several nieces and nephews. Close Friend Shirley Nevers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband John Bell, infant son Timothy Alden Bell, sister Norma Jean Thomas, brothers Abner Thomas Jr., Oscar Thomas and T.J. Thomas

Calling will be from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M.  Monday August 22, 2022 at Garden View Funeral Home 10501 N. St. Rd. 3 Muncie, IN 47303. Service will be at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Bobby Thomas officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens Of Memory Cemetery.
