Daddy, may you find in death the peace you needed so desperately in life. Rest in peace dear daddy.

John is survived by daughter Camie Provo, grandson Jesse Ratcliff and sister Sandy Wilmer all of Phoenix, Arizona, , 1 niece and several nephews.

Preceded in death by brothers Larry Provo and Donny Provo

You will be missed.
