Obituary
Jon Eric Hagan, of Lansing, Michigan passed away Monday, April 24, 2023 at the age of 56. He was born to the late Clarence Gerald and Janice Lauraine Hagan on June 7, 1966. Jon attended and graduated from Waverly High School, where he was an accomplished diver. He acquired many awards in the sport and earned a scholarship to North Carolina State University. Just recently Jon received his associate degree in arts from the University of Phoenix. In his free time, he loved to cook and would often try his hand at new recipes.
In addition to his parents Jon is preceded in death by his siblings: Dennis Hagan, Kerry Hagan, and Scott Hagan. He is survived by his sons: James (Jennette) Hagan, Jordan Hagan, and Evan Hagan; beautiful granddaughters, Lucy Lorraine and Cora Leona Hagan; sister, Laurie Hagan; uncle Donald (Vinn) Ruthruff; aunt, Sandra Mastramatao; as well as cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service honoring Jon's life will be held Friday, May 12, 2023 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to Vickers Leslie Funeral Home, 109 N. Church St. / P.O. Box 503, Leslie, Michigan 49251. 517-878-6600.
