Obituary

Linda Sue Brown passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 30, 2024, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Born on November 2, 1947, in Knoxville, Tennessee, to Joseph and Virginia (Haun) Brown, Linda cherished her roots and developed a deep love for fishing along the Elkhart River and playing the lottery. During winters, she found solace in adult coloring books, showcasing her vibrant creativity.
Linda adored her dachshunds, including her faithful companion Teddy, who passed away recently, and her beloved dog Bear.
She is survived by her sisters Betty Morganthaler (Mike), Leca Arnold (Jerry), Kathy Everetts, brothers Kenneth Brown (Carolyn), Harold Brown; nieces Amberly and Ashley Brown, nephews Joseph, Brian Arnold, great-nieces Serenity Arnold, Juliana, Alena Brown, and great-nephew Gabriel Arnold. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Wade, William "Bill" Brown, and sister Mary Lou Brown.
Arrangements by Garden View Funeral Home include calling hours on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N St Rd. 3, Muncie, IN 47303, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM. Burial will be at Gardens of Memory-Muncie.
