Obituary For Marsha Stephens Law

Marsha Stephens Law, 80, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at her home in Eden, NC.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at Fair Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 22, 2023 at the Leaksville Moravian Church with a burial to follow the service at Ridgeview Memorial Gardens.
Marsha was born February 18, 1943 in Rockingham County to the late Irvin Marshall Stephens and Pauline Griffin Stephens. She was a member of the Leaksville Moravian Church where she served on various church boards and part of the Women’s Fellowship. Marsha was a graduate of Morehead High School in 1961 and a graduate of Appalachian State University in 1965. In the following years of graduation, Marsha organized the class reunions for the Morehead High School Class of 1961. She also taught school in Rockingham County for 26 years. Some of the things she enjoyed were being in her garden, traveling to the beach and other places. Most of all, she loved being with her family and grandchildren.
Left to cherish her memories are her husband, Samuel Gene Law whom she was married to for 57 years; son, Christopher Eugene (Shannon) Law of Reidsville, NC; daughters, Elizabeth Ann Law of Durham, NC and Joy (Morgan) Law Potts of Hillsborough, NC; grandchildren, Calab Law, Garrett Law, Skylar Potts and Silas Potts; brother, Stevie Stephens of Stokesdale, NC; sister, Cathy (David) Harris, Jamestown, NC; nephew Jon Harris of Greensboro, NC
