Obituary

Martha Jane Broadbent White, passed away in her sleep January 17, 2026 after ongoing heart condition.

Born November 9, 1945 in Jackson County, North Carolina.
At a young age, her parents moved their family to Crescent City California.

Jane attended local schools, met her husband Gordon Perry Broadbent II, had a family, and drove school bus for Del Norte unified school District for 33 years. She met her second husband, Roger White in Crescent City and after they married, they moved to Lakeside Oregon in 2020.

Jane had four children Gordon Broadbent III (Marjorie), Mike Broadbent (Pam), Mary Jo Smith (Kim) and Robert Broadbent (Rae).
Many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, great nieces and great nephews that she loved very dearly.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and her first husband, Gordon.
