Mary Jean Blair
January 5, 1949 — February 20, 2024
Mary Jean Blair, 75, lifelong resident of Chattanooga, TN, passed away February 20, 2024, in a local hospital. Mary was born to the late Johnny and Mary Lee Harden, and of the Baptist faith. She loved her family. Mary was a hard worker and spent many years working at Krystals. She enjoyed cooking and baking, always making the birthday cakes. That was her thing.
In addition to her parents, Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Blair; son, Timothy Swearingen, and brother, David Harden.
Survived by her daughter, Tracy (Scott) Nisonger; granddaughter, Autumn Stephenson (Taylor Hayes); great-granddaughter, Blakeleigh Hayes; nieces, Angela Harden and Misty Harden; a host of great nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM-3:30 PM, Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Companion Funeral Home-Chattanooga Chapel, 6018 John Douglas Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421, followed by a graveside service at Lakewood East Memory Gardens with Scott Nisonger officiating.
