Obituary

Monty DeCarlos Malone, 64, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at Forestville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Forestville, Maryland.
He was born on January 18, 1958, in Roanoke, Virginia, to Bobbie and     Doris Malone. His father, and stepfather, Donald Bundick, preceded him in death.
Monty attended Roanoke City Public Schools, and he was a veteran of the Monty DeCarlos Malone, 64, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at Forestville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Forestville, MarylandUnited States Army. He resided in Washington, D.C. and Maryland for many years. He loved football, and he was a true Green Bay Packers fan. He also enjoyed taking walks to the store, spending time outdoors, and visiting with his sister, Barbie Martin, whose pleasure it was to take great care of him. Monty looked forward to her visits, especially the times when she prepared and brought his favorite food, macaroni and cheese. Monty is survived by his mother, Doris Marie Bundick; sisters, Cherie Chambers of Roanoke, VA, Barbie Martin of Temple Hills, MD, and Erika (David) Sarver of Staunton, VA; brother, Dietrich Bundick of Roanoke, VA; and a host of other relatives and friends.
