Nancy Neumann

Obituary

Mrs. Nancy Neumann left this earth to be in Heaven with her Lord and Savior. She passed on December 1, 2023. Nancy was born June 30, 1938 in Evergreen Park, Illinois to Tage Gustav and Elizabeth Nelson. She moved to Florida in 1958.

Nancy leaves her husband Kenneth E. Neumann, born in Rockville, Connecticut. He also lived in East Hartford, Connecticut. She and Ken were married on October 17, 1981, at Magnolia Baptist Church by Pastor Bill Martin, in Volusia County, Florida.

Nancy also leaves her son, Kaley Morrison and daughter-in-law Tina of Flowery Branch, GA; niece, Leah Newberry and her husband Bobby and their son Grayson of Fleming Island, FL; niece, Lisa Shearer and her husband Paul and their daughter Eva of St. Johns, FL; cousin, Paul Nelson and his wife Helen of Port Orange, FL;

Nancy had the privilege of her last place of work for the Director of Missions, in the region of South Georgia. She, along with John, the director, worked with over 100 churches. Nancy knew all the names of the pastors in each church. She retired in 1999.

Nancy was an active member of Flomich Baptist Church in Holly Hill, pastored by Jerry Webb. She enjoyed singing in the choir alongside her husband, Ken Neumann, who is the piano player for the church. Nancy had many people at Flomich Baptist who loved her and called her friend.

We are blessed that Nancy had a relationship with Jesus. Although we miss her, it is a comfort to know she is now in Heaven with Him.
