Obituary
Robert “Bob” Keith Lanman, Indianapolis, passed away on the early morning of Friday, July 5, 2024. He was 73 years old. Bob was born in Beech Grove, IN to his parents Robert Lanman and Wilmetta Turner. Bob married his wife, Janette Cline, on April 12, 1980, and together they shared 44 years of marriage together.
Bob worked as a carpenter for Ford & Associates and retired after 44 years of service. Bob enjoyed playing golf and woodworking. His creativity led him to make several priceless projects including a replica of his family’s home and a train set complete with a small town. Bob loved old western films and the Indianapolis Colts. Bob was very family oriented and caring. He will be dearly missed by those he leaves behind.
Bob is survived by his wife, Janette Lanman; his children, Jermey (Andrea) Lanman and Crystal Hoffman; his grandchildren, Madilyn Lanman, Brogen Younts, Kennedy Younts, and Jaden Younts; his siblings, Betty (David) Baugh, Mary Pickard, Terry Turner, and Larry Turner; his several nieces and nephews.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Gary Turner and Karen Turner.
A celebration of life for Bob will be held at a later date.
