Obituary
MILLERSBURG- Robert Lee Lenker, age 77, died April 24, 2024, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 28, 1946 in Harrisburg, PA the son of [the late] Paul and Lottie(Ender)Lenker.
He worked with various construction companies over his 40 years as being a heavy equipment operator. He is best known for being the owner and proprietor of Bob's Barbeque Chicken. Robert offered transportation to the local Amish community and enjoyed watching sporting events, especially the Boston Red Socks and Washington Commanders. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Brenda (Klinger) Lenker; Son, Anthony (Whitney) Lenker, Halifax and daughter, Connie (William) Cripps, Enola: Grandchildren, Ashlee Strauser, Brad Strauser, Taryn Wherry (Kayla Davis), Jace Harman, Aiden Harman, Dalainy Lenker, and Dakota Lenker; 2 Great Grandchildren, Urban Anderson and Destiny Strauser. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Lori A. Harman and siblings, Charles, Floyd, Donald, Lloyd, Paul, Clarence and Dorothea Stoneroad.
