Obituary
Sandra Jean Abraham, Greenwood, passed away on November 17, 2022. She was 82 years old. Sandra was born in Appleton WI to her parents Richard and Wilma Rushford. She graduated from Detroit High School in Detroit MI, Class of 1958. Sandra worked as a secretary for an insurance agency and retired after many years of service.
Sandra was a catholic who privately maintained her relationship with God during her life. She enjoyed reading mystery novels, filling out crossword puzzles and shopping in her free time. While Sandra valued her independence greatly, she absolutely loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. The memories she created will be cherished by those she leaves behind.
Sandra is survived by her children Karen Coram, Kim (Randy) Goode, Kathryn Matthews, and William (Christal) Abraham; her 11 grandchildren; her 20 great grandchildren; her siblings, Richard “Corky” Rushford and Carla Martinez; her several nieces and nephews.
Sandra is preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Carol Kuzdak, Marianne Weaverling, Ginny Leto, and Donna Sanchez.
A visitation for Sandra will be on November 20, 2022, from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Greenwood, IN. The memorial service will be on November 20, 2022 at 3:00pm.
