Obituary
Sheryl L. Gabel; age 69 of Alma (formerly of Lansing) passed away Monday, January 25, 2016 at her home. Cremation has taken place and there will be a memorial service held at a later date. Sheryl was born January 29, 1946, the daughter of Robert and Madeline (Ruthcuff) DeMond. Sheryl married Forrest Gabel on September 13, 1967 in Dewitt. She is survived by her husband Forrest; her two brothers, Joseph (Scheryl) Hicks of Lansing and Leon (Margie) LeLong of Arizona; her two sisters, Margaret Moffett of Lansing and Evelyn Hines of Bay City; and numerous nieces and nephews. Arrangements have been entrusted to Berry Funeral Home of Shepherd.
