her in death. She was also surrounded by her first cousins Karen, Carol, Don
and Alan Crisp which whom were like sisters and brothers to her.

whom brought her immense joy: Savannah Roark, Elise Roark, Gavin Brown, Nigel
Hintz, Jadelynn Hintz, Isaac Ortman, August Ortman, Donovan
Hintz, Eric Hall,
Evin Hall, and Maya Hall. She cherished every moment spent with them and loved
watching them grow.
For nearly 25 years,
Suzan dedicated herself to the Community Health Center, where her work touched
countless lives. Her passion extended beyond the medical field into recovery programs
where she offered support, understanding, and hope to those who needed it most.
During her years there she formed deep friendships that became like family to
her and were bonds built on trust, and shared purpose. Her commitment to
helping others left a lasting impact on her community. Above all, Suzan will be
remembered as a beautiful soul, gentle, caring, and
deeply
compassionate. She had a gift for making others feel seen and valued, and she
carried a strength that inspired everyone around her. Her legacy lives on in
the family, friendships and the people she helped.
