Thomas Ewing Barlow

Obituary

Thomas Ewing Barlow, age 73, passed peacefully on Saturday, December 15th, 2023. He was born on January 24th, 1950 to parents' Thomas E. and Kay Barlow Sr. 

Thomas served in the Army National Guard and held multiple titles; SSG Company D Ranger, 151 Infantry ParaTrooper, and a Mess Sergeant. After the military, Thomas dedicated 23 years to Borg Warner in tool grinding and was a boiler room fireman. He retired in 2006. Thomas was a member of UAW Local 287 and Selma Volunteer Fire Department. 

Surviving Thomas is his loving wife of 52 years, Marjorie Barlow; sons, John (Kristen) Barlow and Joe (Jada) Barlow; grandchildren, Piper, Makenna, and Thomas Barlow; step-grandchildren, Tara and Sara; and sister, Jackie Barlow.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents' Thomas E. and Kay Barlow; and sister, Barbara Cummings.

Visitation will be held at Garden View Funeral Home, 10501 N State Road 3, Muncie Indiana 47303, at January 12th, 2024 from 12:30 P.M. - 1:00 P.M. A memorial service will follow at 1:00 P.M. with Tom Peters officiating,
