Obituary

Thomas Thurman Conner Jr., age 79, passed away on March 1st, 2024. Crestwood Funeral Home will be directing services on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024. Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. with service following at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Crestwood Cemetery. 

Mr. Conner will be remembered as a kind, generous, loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was a graduate of Glencoe High School and a long time resident of Etowah County. He also served in the Army National Guard. He was loved tremendously and will be dearly missed. 
He is preceded in death by his wife Lynna Conner; sister Diane Hall; parents Thurman and Vene Conner
He is survived by his children Clay (Kristi) Conner, Ginny (Daniel) Smith, Nathan (Allyson) Hobbs; grandchildren Brendan Conner, Jessica (Jerod) Herrington, Kaitlyn (Scott) Mims, Knox and Crosby Smith, Parker and Owen Hobbs; brother Chris (Kelly) Conner 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or other charity of choice
