Obituary

Wilbur David Dixon, age 75 of New Smyrna Beach, FL, peacefully went to sleep June 10th at Bridgeview Center, Ormond Beach. Born in Daytona Beach August 1st, 1948, he worked in the Postal Service for years, and then the Volusia County School Board until his retirement. He is preceded in death by his Daughter, Lisa Gazzola. He is survived by his Wife, Ethel Dixon; Daughter, Michele Dixon; Step-Son Wesley Lange; Granddaughter, Faith LeBlanc; Grandsons, Anthony Gazzola, Ryan LeBlanc; Great Granddaughter, Kailynn Goodwin; Step Great Grandchildren, Claire and Colson Goodwin. 

A Service will be held at a later date.

Information on Wilbur David Dixon's obituary is incorrect...Claire & Colson Goodwin are NOT his Grandchildren! But he also has a grandson, Dex, tthat was not included in obituary...
My Dad, Wilbur, was an AMAZING man and father! He worked everyday to pro ide for my sister, Lisa & myaelf, which he raised byhinself with the help of his mother, Ruby C Williams..
I miss him everyday, and like he told me my whole life that 1 day the good Lords gonna come back & take us home ,and we will see all those smiling faces we've lost ! Until we meet agian, Dad!
