Obituary
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Yonel Joseph Vixamar on July 8th, 2022, at the age of 54 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Natacha Pierre; children: Jerry, Ted, Shainelle, and Chardley Joseph Vixamar; grandchildren: Nevaeh, Jayla, Isaiah, and Noelle; Mother Loremise Dupre; brother Eliode Joseph; sister-in-law Ericka Joseph; Nephews: Toussaint and Erick Joseph; Nieces: Stephanie and Mireille Royal, Emmeline Joseph: aunts: Olga, Francina, and Lavinia Belmont; Marceline and Novilia Dupre Maxius; Rose Taline, Odette, and Franceline Joseph; as well as numerous relatives Tirogene’s, Dominique’s, Dorvil’s, Joseph’s, Vixamar’s, Dupre’s and Millien’s families and friends.
Yonel was born on April 23rd, 1968 in Port-de-Paix, Haiti to his parents Toussaint Joseph and Loremise Dupre. He immigrated to the United States of America in 1990. He joined the Navy in 1995. After his return from the Navy, he started working as a car salesman for over fifteen years, a mortgage broker and real estate agent for approximately six years and continued working as an Insurance Agent.
Yonel was a creative man who had a passion for business and loved to talk about politics. His passion for politics inspired him to attend college and earn a degree in Criminal Justice and Legal Studies. He was a family-oriented person who loved to spend time with his family, joke, laugh, and play bezique and dominoes with his friends.
A Visitation / Prayer Service will be held at Coral Springs Funeral Home on July 15th, 2022 at 6:00 PM, at 1420 N University Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33071
A Funeral Mass will be held at St Joseph Catholic Church, on July 16th, 2022), at 1210 NW 6th Ave, Pompano Beach, FL 33060.
